ABOUT ME

I have been eventing for over 25 years and am passionate about supporting riders to build confidence and enjoy their sport. I hold both BHS and HSI qualifications and am a Centre 10 Advanced Coach, ensuring that the rider is both physically and psychologically prepared to perform at their best.

I initially became interested in Sports Psychology after a freak accident when I was riding at home. Needing to rebuild my confidence, I soon realised that there was no specific equestrian focused support in Northern Ireland. I saw the gap and completed the Centre 10 Applied Psychology course which was a complete game changer in my coaching.

Keeping riders in the saddle is my passion, enabling them to deal with nerves when competing and building their confidence. I am a keen believer in goal setting and facilitate both mounted and unmounted sessions to support my clients progression.

I enjoy building a relationship with clients who often become friends. My centre, Flush Hill Equestrian, is a welcoming space where riders can learn to address issues in order to become the best sports people they can be.
